GSoC 2019 with LibreCores.org

LibreCores.org lists free and open-source “IP Cores” on the website for the community to view and use. "LibreCore" is such an IP core that is created and distributed in the open-source spirit. LibreCores is a project under FOSSi Foundation that creates open source hardware for the community to use at their discretion.
